DJ Never Let Me Go

So I asked her if she thought the sun rose and set with us, if we could love like it was the end of the word. You know, like there was no tomorrow? Like it was our last night. I got really animated, I started quoting philosophy and shit, talking about love and mortality. I took her hand and asked her to trust me, let the music take us away. She said we had only just met and I was coming on too strong.

That’s the last time I try and use a T-Payne song to get laid.

  1. Oh, that poor guy…(chuckle) he actually reminds me of one of my brothers, the “ever falling in love” one. Good rite, good write. I am enjoying your work. Short and sweet and deadly to the point. I’d love to have the skills to take an ordinary moment and express it like that. That’s talent.
